Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I am now no longer accepting bespoke orders due to time restraints, however I am happy still able to make small modifications to existing listings such as different colors or resizing etc. Please message me,
What materials are the chains made from?
I source my chains from a large wholesaler, some are described as silver color and others are silver plated by the supplier (I prefer to use Silver Color as I am unable to verify if they are Silver Plated or not? - )
All the chains are described as Nickel Free
For those will allergies I do offer a Cord option (Leather free), the fixings and clasps are still metal based.
Why not use Silver 925 Chains?
I have looked at this as an option, however Silver 925 is much softer than metal chains and is not available in all the different lengths I offer -
Do you offer Silver 925 Earrings?
Yes, this is available as an option on both the hook and stud earrings for an extra £5 -
925 Silver is softer than the Silver Plate but is much better for those with allergies (They are also much shinier).
The other fittings between the Hook and the Earring will normally be Silver Plate.
925 Silver Stud Earrings need an extra 24hrs to dry as they are made to order.
Are packages sent by a trackable service
In the UK items are sent by the Royal Mail, adding a tracked service to this would increase the price dramatically.
Items sent outside the EU are all sent by international tracked due to the possible delays at customs etc.
Items in the EU are sent by International standard and this is a very reliable service.
My item has arrived and it is damaged
Unfortunately acrylic is a fragile material and despite all items being placed into a giftbox and then despatched in a cardboard box accidents will occur.

Non Allergic Necklaces
I now offer an option for cord necklaces (this is as a separate listing) - Cord necklaces take a lot longer to put together therefore I charge a fee of £1.99 per necklace.
The fittings and clasps are metal (often silver plate).
